    How much money will I earn for clicking on one link?

For each link, you will earn $0.003. For every 10 links, this equals three cents ($0.03). You can earn more money by referring other members to our program and receiving 30% of the earnings they make by clicking links.
    How much money will I earn from my referrals?


You will receive 30% of the earnings your referrals make on clicking links. This works out to $0.0009 for each link they click. If an advertiser makes a purchase from your referral URL, you will receive 10% of that purchase.
    Which links will I receive credit for clicking?

Advertisers choose how many hits they would like to receive. If the circle beside a link is green, hits are remaining and you will receive credit after visiting for the required amount of time. Links with a red circle have expired. A grey circle means you have already visited that link. And a yellow circle means you are not logged in.
    When and how can I cashout my earnings?

You must have at least $5.00 in your account to cashout your earnings. All cashouts are made via Paypal. You must have a Paypal account. You may cashout by clicking Cashout in the Member Area at any time as long as these conditions are met.
    How long does it take to get paid?

If all cashout requirements are met, your payment will be sent within 24 hours.
    Where is your upgrade package for members?


Up until April of 2010, we didn't offer an upgrade package. Due to the high advertising demand for confirmed buyers, we now offer an extremely affordable premium membership option. Click the Premium Upgrade link in the Member Area to purchase. This is completely optional.
    Why can't I buy referrals?

In order for us to stay in business, we need more members! If no one is actually promoting our site and people just "buy" referrals, our program will eventually fail. To get referral credit, you will actually have to refer someone.
    I have already signed in. Why do I keep getting an error about my username and password not being entered correctly?

This most often occurs if you have opened LinkGrand in more than one window. Our system keeps track of you by each link you click. So clicking in a new window will log out the first one. Clicking back or refreshing a window will also cause you to be logged out. Always look for a 'Click here to continue' link or something to that effect to remain logged in.
    I can't confirm my email address. What is going on?





This is a one-time step that is required of us to comply with anti-spam laws. First, make sure your email provider is not blocking our email to you. If you have just signed up and have not received our welcome email within 30 minutes, more than likely our email was blocked. If this is the case, log into your account, click on "Account Settings" and use an alternate email address. If you need to request that a new confirmation link be emailed to you, log into your account and click "Account Settings". There you will find instructions to requesting a new link. If you have received the email and receive an error that the confirmation link is not correct, consider the following: (1) You must use the exact link that is emailed to you. If you copy-and-paste it incorrectly, it will not work; (2) Only the last confirmation link emailed to you will be valid. If you have requested more than one link, all others are void except for your last request.
    Why am I receiving an error about having the same IP as another user? I don't have two accounts, please help.

Because of the nature of our site, extra security measures have to be taken. An IP check is required so that cheaters cannot signup and use multiple accounts. Sometimes this will also block legitimate users, as it is possible to be given the same IP as someone else. If this is happening to you, please wait a few hours and then try again. What is done with the profile information I gave when signing up?
Your response data is stored on our secured server that allows only the panel to call upon those panelists who match specific criteria to participate in surveys. This query is completely automated and panelists are contacted via email by the panel to participate in our secure surveys. All responses are held in aggregate, which means that individual responses are not linked to personally identifiable information. The information you provide will never be used to advertise or sell to you. You are not responsible for buying any product or service at any time, nor will any company solicit you as a result of joining the panel.
Will I be spammed with undesired/unsolicited mails?
1. You will not receive unsolicited emails from us other than surveys and necessary updates
2. You will not be asked to buy anything from us we will not give, sell or trade your e-mail address to any third parties.
Why am I asked questions about age, income, and other personal information?
This information is used to match panelists with specific survey requirements. In some cases, our clients require feedback from people in a certain income bracket who have children, for example. I tried to take a survey, but I didn't qualify. Why not?
Sometimes a survey demands respondents who meet very specific criteria. This is because our clients might require feedback from a specific age group or people who use a particular type of product. To increase your chances for qualifying for future online surveys, complete all of the member profiles.

What is the difference between member profiles and surveys?
Member Profiles (available for online panelists ONLY) tell us a little about you and allow us to target you for surveys that match your interests or experience. You can complete these at your leisure in the “My Profile” area.



Surveys are studies in which you will be asked to provide your opinions on specific products, services or advertisements. Surveys are open only for a limited time, until response quotas are met.
Occasionally, a study has very specific qualifications that only a small percentage of the population will meet, such a situation might occur when a pharmaceutical company requests feedback from sufferers of a rare disease. In cases like these, it may be necessary to query the entire panel using survey screeners in order to find the handful of panelists who meet the qualifications for a study.

What is the length of each survey?

Survey length is strictly dependent on the study but typical survey lengths ranges between 20 minutes and 40 minutes

How can I be notified of new surveys?
If you are an online panelist, we will send survey invitations to the email address provided by you.

Where will you send me the prize that I win?

Prize / Rewards will be sent only at the address that you have provided in your registration form. Do update your address record in "Account settings" as soon as you move. Also, please make sure that your address is accurate so that your vouchers / rewards can be shipped at the right address.

How do you know if my responses are accurate?
We build in checks / balances / algorithms within the survey to check the accuracy of the responses. We also look at time that it takes to fill responses in order to know whether your response is genuine or not.

How can I become the member of INDIASPEAKS?

What are REWARD POINTS and how can I earn them?
Each reward point is equal to Re 1/-
Based on your personal information, we will send across relevant surveys to you. As soon as you successfully complete a survey, you will earn anywhere between 20 and 2000 reward points and / or also eligible for monthly sweepstakes.

Each reward point is equal to Re 1/-. Once you collect 200 or more Reward Points in your account, you can redeem them against:
  • Gift vouchers of leading retail stores, like Apparels, Books and stationary, Footwear, Kids Zones, Toys and baby products, Pharmacy, Coffee Shops, Restaurants and Grocery stores.
  • Discount Coupons
  • Loyalty Cards
  • Your choice of a gift item from a list that will be provided to you
  • Payment to a charity of your choice from a list that will be provided to you
How can I redeem my REWARD POINTS?
Once you are able to collect minimum 200 points in your 'My Payment' account, you may make a 'Payment Request' to IndiaSpeaks. IndiaSpeaks give you multiple reward options out of which you can select suitable item for yourself through desired Mode of Payment. This mode of Payment includes gift vouchers of various retail outlet such as Shopper's Stop, Lifestyle, Planet M and many more.
Once the payment request is completed, we will try to deliver your reward item within 14 working days.
Do my reward points expire?
Yes, your reward points shall expire at the end of 6 months from the day they were credited into your account. The points tally shall operate exactly like a balance sheet with timestamp on each reward point i.e. 6 months period validity for any point awarded to you.
For example, if 200 reward points were credied into your account on 1st Jan, 2008, then these points shall expire on 1st July, 2008. However, in case you win 400 additional points on 2nd Jan, 2008 then your points tally shall have a total of 600 points till 30th June, 2008 (Assuming that you don't redeem those points and no point is credited into your account during this period); 400 points on 1st July, 2008; 0 points on 2nd July, 2008.
