Terms

First and MOST IMPORTANT:
In order to be fair to our advertisers
and to ensure quality communication with the webmistress....
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO READ AND WRITE ENGLISH.
Purchases which have been properly credited to your account are non-refundable.
- There is no guarantee on Referral activity - purchased or referred.
- All accounts will be reviewed BEFORE payout is processed.
- All issues should be attempted to be resolved with admin before going elsewhere to voice your complaints or issues (such as forums, etc.).
- You MUST click a minimum of 100 links in order to request payout each month. This is for upgraded and standard members. No exceptions.
- You are not allowed to create any more than 1 account. Accounts are checked regularly for multiple IP's and other violations.

This is a PTC site. We happen to offer PTR, PTSU, and PTP as an extra way to earn on top of clicking. Auto-surfs are NOT ALLOWED. I will be deleting members who are using auto-surfs to promote their referral link for PTP hits, even if you are an upgraded member who has purchased an upgrade for higher PTP earnings.

Moneytreeptc is a profit sharing traffic exchange. These means that the sites profits are returned to the members each month. Please see #4 Payments for how this is done.

1. ~*~*~*~Moneytreeptc User Accounts~*~*~*~

1.1 You may only have one account with your IP address. Attempting to create multiple accounts will result in
deletion of all accounts.

1.2 You are responsible for securing your password. Your password is stored in our database and
encrypted. If your account is found to be hacked, we are not held responsible. You may request
your password via email if you have lost it.

1.3 Moneytreeptc accounts are non-transferable.

2. ~*~*~*~Referrals~*~*~*~

2.1 You may have all the referrals in the world if you have the power to do so.
Admin is not responsible if you lose referrals due to deleting of your referrals for inactivity, deleting for cheat check fails, or any other violation of Terms.

2.2 There is currently no return policy for inactive referrals.

2.3 A referral will not be able to see nor change who has referred them.


3. ~*~*~*~Cheating Policy~*~*~*~

3.1 If you attempt to hack our system in any way, we will know about it and track it down.

3.2 We will not email you once we have deleted/banned your account. If you email us asking us why we have deleted/banned you, we will give you an explanation.

3.4 If you have failed the cheat check in an excess of 30 times in any 30 day period, your account will be suspended and all payout requests removed and all earnings deleted.


4. ~*~*~*~Moneytreeptc Payments~*~*~*~

4.1 All payments are made via Paypal and Alertpay and no other payment method is being used at this time.

4.2 You must manually request for payment to be processed. I cannot be held liable if you put in the wrong payment email information.

4.3 The cash earned in your accounts is not actual money. Payouts are based on the income of the site. The more income the site gets, the higher the payout conversion is. The actual amount you make is figured once all income is added and the number of payout requests are counted. Every month, the amount you make per request is different. Payouts start on the last day of the month and can take up to 15 days.

4.4 Standard Members calculation of earnings:

Standard Members should only expect up to 1% of their earnings.
You must have only 1 payment request for the admin to process your payment and you should only request by the 25th of the month to gain higher earnings to receive a bigger share. The more you click and earn and request in your cashout the higher your share of the earnings will be.

4.5 Upgraded Members calculation of earnings:

Same as Standard members but you will be paid one half of what you have paid for your upgrade plus a share of the site revenue(remember the more you click and earn the bigger your portion of the share will be) as well as receiving the ads that come with the upgrade and the enhancements.

4.6 Members from all countries are welcome to join, and will be paid providing that all information in their profile is correct, which includes your country, your first and last name, correct email and abide by the Cheating Policy (see #3).

5. ~*~*~*~Moneytreeptc~*~*~*~ Advertisements

5.1 We accept all types of advertisements except websites that contain any malicious material, frame breakers, too many affiliates, adult material, cloaked urls or redirections.

5.2 Members are only allowed to click an advertisement once every 24 hours.

5.3 Any ad that contains the word 'cheat' in the description will be removed or altered. You may not use the word 'cheat' in any form on the site.

5.4 All ads have to be approved before going into rotation and approval is up to admin's discretion. If you go to put up an ad and receive a 382 error this means that the site that you are trying to use is banned from this site.


6. ~*~*~*~Payments to Moneytreeptc~*~*~*~

6.1 You must only use the links on the website referring to Moneytreeptc to purchase something from us. In the event that the payment processors 'button' is not working properly, please contact admin for instructions for placing your order.

6.2 All payments are non-refundable.

6.3 Payments made to Moneytreeptc are also confirmed through your Paypal/Alertpay email.


7. ~*~*~*~Deleted/Suspended/Banned Accounts~*~*~*~

7.1 We have the right to delete/ban your account for any of the reasons stated above without notice or warning.

7.2 All deleted/banned accounts will be confiscated and set back to a 0 balance and the script will remove all exisiting ads.

7.3 All accounts inactive for 30 days will be deleted.

7.5 Any instance of negative communication with the admin or posting of issues not attempted to be resolved with admin will be deleted/banned.


8. ~*~*~*~Liability~*~*~*~

8.1 We own the right to alter these Terms of Service at any time and also hold the right to cancel our services at any time.

8.2 We will not be held responsible for any user or advertiser. You are all responsible for yourselves.

With our tough anti-cheat system, it is extremely difficult to cheat. If someone is caught
cheating or simply attempting to cheat, we have the right to delete all of the user's earnings
and possibly even ban the user from our network.
Cheating would include any of the following:
--Interfering with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability.
--Creating any type of emulator, or a program to automate the process of clicking.
--Any malicious act that may, in any way, interfere with our system.

Spam:
We do not believe in spam, and we are very strict on the handling of your information.
The only emails you will receive are periodic emails with information about updates,
specials, contests and issues with the site, and possibly some admin offer
which may included special bonuses.
If you spam the ADMIN or other members you will be deleted from the site.
Sending emails to admin that are threatening and
contain profanity is cause for immediate deletion.

Delete Your Membership:
You always have the option to cancel your membership at any time, you must cancel yourself the admin cannot.
You can cancel your membership in your profile section.
If you cancel your membership, you will lose any earnings, referrals, and ads.

Advertising Terms:
--The Title for the ad must NOT contain the word CHEAT, in any form.
--The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other
adult materials of any kind.
--You must not advertise any site, program, item, etc... that is a scam. We do not tolerate scams,
and will not advertise for them. If the webmistress checks out your banner, link, etc.... and feels
that it may be a scam, the ad, banner, link etc.... will be deleted without crediting your account.
Your account may also be deleted or suspended at the discretion of the webmistress,
with no refunds on any purchases or payout on earnings.

    How much money will I earn for clicking on one link?

For each link, you will earn $0.003. For every 10 links, this equals three cents ($0.03). You can earn more money by referring other members to our program and receiving 30% of the earnings they make by clicking links.
    How much money will I earn from my referrals?


You will receive 30% of the earnings your referrals make on clicking links. This works out to $0.0009 for each link they click. If an advertiser makes a purchase from your referral URL, you will receive 10% of that purchase.
    Which links will I receive credit for clicking?

Advertisers choose how many hits they would like to receive. If the circle beside a link is green, hits are remaining and you will receive credit after visiting for the required amount of time. Links with a red circle have expired. A grey circle means you have already visited that link. And a yellow circle means you are not logged in.
    When and how can I cashout my earnings?

You must have at least $5.00 in your account to cashout your earnings. All cashouts are made via Paypal. You must have a Paypal account. You may cashout by clicking Cashout in the Member Area at any time as long as these conditions are met.
    How long does it take to get paid?

If all cashout requirements are met, your payment will be sent within 24 hours.
    Where is your upgrade package for members?

    Why can't I buy referrals?

In order for us to stay in business, we need more members! If no one is actually promoting our site and people just "buy" referrals, our program will eventually fail. To get referral credit, you will actually have to refer someone.
    I have already signed in. Why do I keep getting an error about my username and password not being entered correctly?

This most often occurs if you have opened LinkGrand in more than one window. Our system keeps track of you by each link you click. So clicking in a new window will log out the first one. Clicking back or refreshing a window will also cause you to be logged out. Always look for a 'Click here to continue' link or something to that effect to remain logged in.
    I can't confirm my email address. What is going on?





This is a one-time step that is required of us to comply with anti-spam laws. First, make sure your email provider is not blocking our email to you. If you have just signed up and have not received our welcome email within 30 minutes, more than likely our email was blocked. If this is the case, log into your account, click on "Account Settings" and use an alternate email address. If you need to request that a new confirmation link be emailed to you, log into your account and click "Account Settings". There you will find instructions to requesting a new link. If you have received the email and receive an error that the confirmation link is not correct, consider the following: (1) You must use the exact link that is emailed to you. If you copy-and-paste it incorrectly, it will not work; (2) Only the last confirmation link emailed to you will be valid. If you have requested more than one link, all others are void except for your last request.
    Why am I receiving an error about having the same IP as another user? I don't have two accounts, please help.

Because of the nature of our site, extra security measures have to be taken. An IP check is required so that cheaters cannot signup and use multiple accounts. Sometimes this will also block legitimate users, as it is possible to be given the same IP as someone else. If this is happening to you, please wait a few hours and then try again.
